How it all works
Coaching sessions can take place over the phone or be face to face. They last approximately 45 minutes and happen weekly. However, the frequency and the length of the sessions can vary according to your particular requirements.
In the first session we will talk about your circumstances and matters that are particularly concerning you. We will work together to define areas of your life in which you want to bring about changes for the better and we will explore what goals and targets are realistic and attainable. Some goals will be short-term, some medium-term whilst others will involve long-term ambitions. You will asked a lot of questions and will be encouraged to ask questions of yourself.
Together we will then create a precise plan of action of things for you to do and think about before the next session. Each action completed brings you closer to your goal and as the desired changes take place confidence and motivation will grow. In each further session we explore how things are going, what is working and what needs to be modified or added in order for goals and targets to be met. Flexibility is important as circumstances can change, therefore plans and goals can evolve to suit needs as they arise.
Email support and backup will always be available between sessions.
Confidentiality is absolute.
Consultancy and information gathering; this service is tailored to your particular requirements. Information packages range from a brief summary of salient points to a document as long and as detailed as you wish. Information will be presented in a pdf format with email and telephone clarification and enlargement if necessary.
